Terms & Conditions

Welcome to MyDailyLink. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our services. By signing up for any of our plans, visiting our website, or working with our team, you accept these terms in full.

1. Service Overview

MyDailyLink offers smart, all-inclusive digital solutions for South African businesses. Our plans include:

Premium Website Design & Hosting
Professional Email Setup
SEO Services (including citations, backlinks, and Google indexing)
Email Marketing
Marketplace & Ecommerce Integration
Ongoing Website Support & Maintenance

Service inclusions vary depending on your selected monthly plan (Starter, DailyLink, or Advanced).

2. Setup Fee

A once-off setup fee of R4,300 is required to begin any website or marketing plan. This covers initial website design, setup, and deployment.

3. Monthly Subscription

Monthly pricing depends on the plan you choose:

Starter – R799/month
DailyLink – R899/month
Advanced – R1,099/month

Your first 2 months are FREE. Thereafter, billing begins on a monthly cycle unless otherwise agreed. Annual payment options receive a 15% discount.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are in ZAR and exclude VAT unless specified.
Payments are due monthly in advance.
Late payments may result in service suspension until the account is settled.
Payment plans are negotiable based on your needs.

5. Service Delivery

Services are delivered on a rolling basis per month and include both technical and marketing components. Timelines for deliverables (e.g., articles, email campaigns) will be communicated in advance.

6. Content & Revisions

Clients must supply all required content (text, logos, photos) unless content creation is part of your package.
Basic revisions are included in your monthly plan. Extensive changes may incur additional charges.

7. Ownership & Licensing

Once your setup fee and relevant dues are paid in full, the website, email assets, and marketing content created for you are yours to use.
MyDailyLink retains the right to use general designs and strategies across clients unless exclusivity is arranged in writing.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your plan at any time with 30 days' written notice.
Deposits and setup fees are non-refundable.
No partial refunds for mid-month cancellations.
We reserve the right to cancel services for non-payment or policy violations.

9. Support & Maintenance

All plans include DailyAssist Support. This covers:

Website uptime monitoring
Minor updates and bug fixes
Technical troubleshooting
Support is available via email and WhatsApp during business hours. Critical issues are attended to within 24 hours.

10. Use of Third-Party Services

MyDailyLink may use platforms such as Mailchimp, Facebook, Google Ads, and hosting providers. While we manage setup and integration, we are not responsible for downtime or policy changes on those platforms.

11. Marketing & Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to showcase your website or marketing results in our portfolio or promotions, unless you request otherwise in writing.

12. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure your online presence performs well, but we are not liable for:

Losses due to third-party failures or internet disruptions
Business outcomes resulting from your website or marketing efforts
Unauthorized access unless caused by our negligence

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled in a South African court.

14. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes via email or our website.
